PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

DIVERSITY AND RESIDENCE LIFE GRADUATE ASSISTANT

December 2016 - Present

Co-launched and provides direct guidance over a living learning community created for the holistic support of underrepresented students. Co-supervises the Resident Advisor and assists in resident support, including mentoring and academic coaching. Implements mission-driven programming with an emphasis on cultural, social, and academic opportunities. Authored job description and operations manual.

SERVICE LEARNING ASSISTANT

October 2017 - Present

Collaborates with Indiana University School of Medicine faculty and staff to write learning objectives related to Behavior Science for the School's curriculum. Coaches students in writing elective proposals. Creates curriculum for Medical School Intersession classes. Educates faculty and professors about Service Learning methodology and how to incorporate into their elective courses. Assists in getting courses tagged in catalog.

ACUHO-I CAMPS AND CONFERENCES INTERN

May 2017 - July 2017

Co-supervised 20 summer conference assistants. Served in an on-call rotation to manage crises. Conducted check-in/check-out processes for 9 Orientation sessions and 20 camps/conferences. Created, administered, and analyzed a mid-summer intern evaluation. Managed administrative tasks including: key inventory, duty schedule, guest rosters, and student employee evaluations.
