ENVIRONMENTAL OBSERVATION ASSESSMENT

This original environmental observation and assessment project observed the human aggregate and physical environments of the DEAP House, the living learning community in which I provide direct guidance over, and the community lounge. I then applied my findings to the Culturally Engaging Campus Environments Model (Museus, 2014) and offered recommendations for the future.

This is an excerpt from an original evaluation I created while completing my ACUHO-I Internship. Using the ACPA and NASPA Competencies (2015) and my job description as a framework, I created, administered, and analyzed the evaluation with the aim of using the feedback to aid in my professional development and strategically work towards improving the experiences of my summer conference assistants.
